Header Menu

To config header menu, you can access to

Admin -> Appearance -> Menus

Select "Main menu"

Footer Menu/Custom menu

Also you can create any menu and use it for footer menu or widget

Go to Admin -> Appearance -> Menus and update menu "Quick links"
