Sarsa is a news and magazine script built on Laravel 13 and PHP 8.3, running on the Thesky9 CMS core. It ships with 8 ready-made home layouts, 7 header styles and a dark mode, so one install can serve a blog, a magazine or a multi-topic news portal.
