Flow uses the FOB Comment plugin for the comments of the blog posts: threaded replies, guest comments with name and email, moderation and optional reCAPTCHA. The comments are shown under every post.
A single post can switch comments off with the Allow comments box of the post editor. The CMS core can also show a Facebook comments box under the posts: see Enable Facebook comment in post detail page? in General.
Choose how the comments work: reCAPTCHA, guest comments, manual approval of every comment, a rate limit between two comments, the fields of the form (email, website), the sort order, the admin badge and the avatars.
The emails of the comment notifications can be edited in Admin -> Settings -> Email templates. See Config.

Moderate comments
The list shows each comment with the post it answers and its status. Use the buttons of a row to reply to, change or delete a comment.
